Whether you're new to yoga or wish to brush up on the basics, this is the workshop for you!
Join us for 4 consecutive weeks and learn the fundamentals of yoga from the ground up - including how to breathe, how to move with the breath, how you should feel in any pose, how to know if you're doing a pose correctly, as well as the key poses themselves.
With a max of 4 participants in-person, you'll have lots of time and attention to get every question answered, as well as lots of detail, background and demonstration throughout.
Note that we're also offering the series online for those that would prefer to join in from home.
